The fastest way to ruin a fantasy weekend is trying to do everything. We’re Neo and Trinity, recording Episode 10 from Naughty in New Orleans 2026, and we’re giving you our unfiltered first-timer read on a massive adult lifestyle event: what surprised us, what actually helped, and what we’re still figuring out.

We talk about the real tension underneath the party schedule: FOMO versus sleep, excitement versus anxiety, and “pushing yourself” versus performing a version of you that does not exist. You’ll hear how we think about pacing across multiple days, why naps are not optional, and how simply choosing a quieter hotel can change your entire nervous system and your mood.

We also get practical about relationship communication and consent. We share a contract-style approach we used to set intentions, name what’s off the table, and build better check-ins, including a simple 0 to 10 scale that makes “Are you okay?” feel useless. Then we unpack lessons from workshops on breathwork and somatic tools, plus dirty talk and sexting that actually work because they start with listening, not scripts.

We wrap with the fun stuff too: hotel vibes, crowd chaos, app glitches, a “Simon Says” surprise that was not what we expected, and the creativity of theme nights like Bordello, Through the Looking Glass, Glow Night, and Masquerade Mardi Gras. If you’ve ever wondered how to stay grounded at a swinger convention while still having a great time, this one’s for you. Subscribe, share this with a friend, and leave a review, then tell us: what helps you stay true to yourself at big events?

Intro And Adult Disclaimer

SPEAKER_00

This is unplugged and turned on, where we drop the masks, challenge the rules, and explore what connection, desire, and relationships really look like beneath the surface. This is an adult podcast and is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. So if you're under 18, go find something else to listen to. I'm Neil.

SPEAKER_01

And I'm Trinity. And together we're getting into the real stuff: attraction, intimacy, communication, and the moments that actually create chemistry.

SPEAKER_00

No scripts, no pretending. Just honest conversations about what turns us on. Mentally, emotionally, and physically. So go ahead. Unplug a little.

SPEAKER_01

And let's turn something on.

First Days At Naughty In NOLA

SPEAKER_02

All right, everybody. Welcome back. We have finally hit double digits with episode 10. I am Neil. And I'm Trinity. And we are recording while we were while we are at Naughty in New Orleans 2026. Or getting naughty. That's right. Or kind of like we're here. Around naughty-minded people. Absolutely. Yeah. So we are, I think we mentioned it in a few of our podcasts. Like this was one of the big things that we were going to do this year. And we're here. We are staying at the Nopsey Hotel, which I will say I was a little bit 50-50. Do we stay here? Do we stay at the main hotel? And I am very glad that we were staying around.

SPEAKER_00

Couldn't be more pleased with that choice. Um, we had met a couple in um uh at a libertine event in San Antonio who had recommended Nopsey. Um, and we actually saw them a few times here. Yeah. And uh I'm like, oh, this is such a great the rooms are great, it's quieter, it just fits what we're looking for. Like if it's us, great. That's a great choice.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, absolutely. I think that's been a big thing. That's some of the stuff that we'll talk about here. This may not be the longest of episodes, but we wanted to make sure that we gave people our insights into what we think about this event. Um, from our perspective. Yeah. Being new, um, like I said, we you know, we've been at this for just over a year now. So this is our first big naughty in New Orleans

FOMO, Sleep, And Pacing Yourself

SPEAKER_02

event. Um so leading up to this, what were your thoughts, expectations? Did you have any?

SPEAKER_00

Uh just kind of from the what I've heard from others, like in conversation who have attended, just the pay, be careful, it's overwhelming. Yeah. Massive amount of people overwhelming. But I think the advice what from them was all the same. Just do the things that you want to do. Don't feel like you have to do it all.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And I've heard that reiterated here as well.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, I think you, Trinity, are very good at that. Like you don't, you do what you want to do.

SPEAKER_00

I do what I want.

SPEAKER_02

That's right. You don't think about all of the things. Whereas me, I am like all about what am I missing out on? I have FOMO, and it's like there are so many events. Like you will look at a specific time of day, and there will be six different things going on, and you're like, I need to do one of those things, or I need to do two of those things. And in reality, it's like just do what you want to do and what your body can take. And I'm still struggling with that a little bit because you know, for me, maybe this is like the anxious person's guide to naughty and darling's like all of these events I get really ramped up for, and then travel adds up more to that, so it affects my sleep. Um, and that makes things a little bit challenging because as everybody knows or you've heard so far, like everything happens in the middle of the night when it comes to partying and dancing, late night stuff.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that's where like the quote unquote fun is you know, you don't want to miss out on the fun.

SPEAKER_02

Absolutely.

SPEAKER_00

But like, hey, what do you think is fun and what are you here for?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. Yeah. So we are on today's Friday.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, we got in Wednesday, things kicked off on Wednesday.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, there was some stuff happening Tuesday. Originally, we were gonna be here Tuesday, arrive in Tuesday, fly out Monday, and we're like, you know, it's probably a little bit extra for us.

SPEAKER_00

That's just too long for us to be away from life.

SPEAKER_02

Everything. Yeah, so we flew in Wednesday, we're gonna fly out Sunday morning. Um, and today is Friday afternoon.

SPEAKER_00

It's our day three, and usually on these events, we have noticed we hit a wall on day three. Yeah, like we go back to the room for some reason, and then we never leave.

SPEAKER_02

Yep, absolutely.

SPEAKER_00

I don't feel that way right now, but I mean it's still we're midday. I don't know.

SPEAKER_02

I don't know, but I also feel like I hit that wall yesterday.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yesterday felt like when we were in a class. Yeah. You and I, I was like, oh, I can't wait to slip away. I can take a nap right here.

SPEAKER_02

Absolutely. Because I was, and we were gonna do something right after, like we were gonna do something in the afternoon. And you know, the day of so Wednesday morning, I like I normally do travel day. I wake, uh it takes me forever to fall asleep, and then I wake up at like 2, 2:30 in the morning. So I get maybe four hours of sleep, hit the plane, no sleep on the plane this time. Usually I'm very good at like I'm on the runway and I fall asleep. But we had breakfast, whatever. So I was up all day, and then we tried to take a nap. And I will say this to everybody who can like try to take a nap every day at these events.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, make sleep your full-time job.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, absolutely. Always include sleep. But we tried that on Wednesday. I could not sleep. I tried, I don't even know if you got sleep.

SPEAKER_00

I would say like I rested, but it it was enough to it was enough to kind of decompress and feel like I had some energy the rest of the evening.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, and then um Thursday was a little bit more the same. Like I woke up early, probably uh it was probably six o'clock here that I woke up, which would have been four o'clock, whatever.

SPEAKER_00

Time zone differences.

SPEAKER_02

You slept a little bit. Um, but then yeah, we went to a we did some stuff, went to a class, and then like during the seminar thing, I was just dying trying to keep my eyes open. It was a good class, we'll talk about that a little bit, but I was dead, and we were gonna go to something right after, and I'm like, uh, I gotta take care of myself. Hey, babe, I don't want to go back to the room, go sleep.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, twist my arm. I know like you I'm yeah, yeah, let's go take a nap.

SPEAKER_02

I know. So we went back to the room and took a nap, and I did not sleep again because Yeah, I did. That that's me.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

And then last night, again, Thursday night, uh, I finally decided when we went to sleep, it was like 12:30, 1 o'clock. Uh, we are not staying up at 4 o'clock. We're not those people. Uh, I took one of my sleeping pills from Costco, whatever that is.

SPEAKER_00

Sleep aid, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, and caught back up. The only thing I don't like about those is they just make me so foggy trying to get up in the morning, but I got a straight eight hours of sleep. So that's why at least today were at least for me, like I am okay.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

All right.

Stretching Comfort Zones The Right Way

SPEAKER_02

So leading up to the event, at least for me, um, you know, I want to do all the things and I want to meet all the people, and I want to do all like, hey, I want to be this thing and meet all people and do all kinds of things, and then coming here, you realize it doesn't really change who you are, like you're still who you are. So you may have high hopes or whatever, and I think that's good, um, but also recognize who you are at these things, like it doesn't change that part of you. Yeah. So I think you know, what I wanted to talk about a little bit was like and we talked to, I think, during lunch a little bit about this, but it was like stretching yourself, like moving beyond your comfort zone, challenging yourself to do things versus like trying to be someone yeah, honoring yourself versus like trying to be someone you're pushing boundary or kind of grow, growing versus doing something that is not you.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's hard to know that line.

SPEAKER_02

Which which one you're you're at.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Am I growing? Am I pushing myself, sitting in discomfort, pushing myself just a little bit, or am I doing something that is isn't is not me at all?

SPEAKER_02

Right. And then for me, it's like I want to I always want to uh push myself because I think being more of the anxious person, um, I always want to do things that I know is gonna make me a little bit uncomfortable, but also push me and show that I can do it. And I'll use that as a vanilla example is like I've been to the Eiffel Tower. I have this strange fear of heights. I think I was under five years old. Uh, got taken to an amusement park one time, got snuck onto a roller coaster that went upside down, uh, felt like I was falling out of the roller coaster at one point. My dad was like trying to hold me in. Uh but I think that kind of embedded something in me of heights. Um, and then when I went to Rightfully so. Rightfully so. And then when I was in Europe, I went up to because I know I have this thing, like I don't mind being on airplanes and that kind of stuff, but like being on the edges of stuff. I remember going up to the Eiffel Tower and pushing myself to go up there and getting off. If anybody's been there, you know, you take this little elevator thing up to the top. Elevator to the elevator to the elevator, and then so I got off at the top and I was gonna walk out with some friends of mine, and like my hand would not let me get outside of the door and walk on to the gangway or whatever that is. And I'm like, here, you take my camera, take some photos, and I'm gonna get on this thing and go back.

SPEAKER_00

You have a strong survival sense.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, but that's a thing. I think it's also like understanding the balance between that piece of you sh if you want to push yourself, push yourself, but know when you're at your limit and don't try to be who you're not.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, like me, and I come back to is it a real is it is there a real danger involved or is it just is it discomfort? Yeah.

The Couple Contract And Real Check-Ins

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. And also like setting, I think for us, like we even before we entered into this weekend, and you didn't mention this, but I think it's worth mentioning is um that kind of contract we were look working through.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Just like setting the intention for the weekend. What are what am I thinking? What are you thinking? What's off the table, what's up for discussion. Um yeah. And I think not just for an event, but for I think periodically having that kind of assessment evaluation.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. Yeah, that was really good. And you know, just to highlight what that is, I will leave a link to that or at least to the um resource um in the show notes. But that was from Evolve Your Intimacy with Dr. Stephanie.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

She does her own podcast.

SPEAKER_00

We took a class with her. We listened to some of her podcasts. I I highly recommend Dr. Stephanie.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, she did one on if you if you have ADHD or anxiety or whatever. Yes, or you have a loved one with any of that. She does, she had done an episode on that. She does a whole bunch of stuff on mental health stuff, having ADHD herself, which you definitely saw when we went to the class.

SPEAKER_00

It's it's good though, because it's relatable. You get it. It's like, oh yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, absolutely. Um, but she has a contract on there. And if anybody had ever watched what was the show, swing on Playboy. Yeah. They do a contract. What's in the swing house? Stays in the swing house. But Dr. Stephanie has one, and I don't know, it was about eight pages long. It was pretty big. A lot of it around kink, which isn't necessarily our scene, although you know, I'm interested in some of that, but it's very good because it talks about like setting your intentions for the weekend, being very intentional, also about checking in with one another and how you're gonna communicate boundaries and red lights and green lights and yellow lights and all of that kind of stuff.

SPEAKER_00

Basically walking you through the communication that we're it's great to have anyway. Absolutely. Yeah, like to ensure like are when you're having that communication, are you actually mentioning these important um areas?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, as opposed to just assuming that you and your partner are on the same page.

SPEAKER_00

I'm are you good, I'm good, yeah. Thumbs up, great.

SPEAKER_02

So I thought that was funny. So we did a class with her. What was that? Nipplegasm. Right. We were doing nipple gasm because you know, interesting. If you're somebody that enjoys it, I would say just curious really about it. Male or female, by the way, but we did that class, and I thought it was funny too, because in the class, outside of just the nipple stuff, she had talked about, you know, hey, what is the big thing that we all say is communicate, communicate, communicate, communicate, communicate. And then I don't I forget what that text was, but it was basically like it's an easy word to say. Yep, we communicate well, but actually doing it and thinking about all the details beyond that to get to where you both have clarity, like that's a much bigger thing than I think the lifestyle community typically discusses.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's a big umbrella term. It's like what does that mean? What are you actually doing? You're throwing the word communicate around. Is it effective? Right. You're saying just more words. Right, you can say this is not great communication. Yeah, yeah, absolutely. You're to someone's getting tuned out.

SPEAKER_02

Especially in something like this, like it is very it's imperative that you have good, clear communication around where you're at. Um, because it helps set the stage for the events and it makes sure that you're on the same page and nobody's going too fast for the other and and ruining what great thing you already have.

SPEAKER_00

Uh my big takeaway for that, I guess, agreement, contract, whatever that she had suggested uh or recommended, whatever is a resource, was the check-ins. Hey, when when do I think it's important to check in? When do you think it's important to check in? Um, and we actually did not have the same answers for that.

SPEAKER_01

No.

SPEAKER_00

But it's like, hey, how periodically? It's like every was it when every hour? It's like, no, no, no. Let's not do a time-bound thing because someone's gotta kind of like be the referee and keep uh keep score or keep time. Keep time.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

It's like, hey, if you're moving from uh event to event or at the end of activity, one activity or the start of another, like how when are you checking in? But to do it. Yeah. Like really check in from zero to ten. How are you? How are you not just hey, are you okay?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

That's not a good that's not good enough. Like for me personally, like, hey, are you okay? I'm I'm automatically gonna say yep. Even if I'm like, nope.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, right. Right. Are you okay? Yeah, sure.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's fine, good enough, whatever. Whatever.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, I think it's critical that where are you right now? Zero to ten.

SPEAKER_00

Like, but but also think of like zero zero to ten, like ten being really shitty. There's ten being fantastic. You have to define those values.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, because I realize that we haven't done that yet. Like we've talked about where we've been, we haven't used the number system. We tried to talk about that before. I like the number system, I do too.

SPEAKER_00

Quantifies it. Yeah, it's more like hey, I can tell you where I'm in at at this scale.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. Okay. Yeah. So there, we just learned something. We haven't used that yet. We talked about it, haven't used it, but I want to bring that back in.

SPEAKER_00

Accountability, we're doing it.

SPEAKER_02

Okay. So zero being I'm not okay, ten being everything is freaking wonderful.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_02

Where are you at right now?

SPEAKER_00

Um right now I say I'm like at a seven. I could totally take a nap a little later.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, okay.

SPEAKER_00

Well, it could be the I am drinking a jazz berry or jazz berry from the hideout um bar. Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. Um, okay.

SPEAKER_00

But to be honest, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

I'm probably at uh 10 being everything's great.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, everything's great.

SPEAKER_02

Probably at a five right now. I'm in mid-level. Like I have some disappointments around things that I wish I would be doing or have had been doing, not doing that. But again, what I want to talk about with that is still like back to the stretching, challenging yourself versus being someone you're not. You can't be everywhere all the time, and you can't be the person that you're not. So I'm disappointed just because, like, a little bit disappointed, I would say, because leading up to the event, I'm like, hey, I want to kind of challenge myself to talk to a few people, make some initial connections beforehand, and then find, you know, just time to meet up. And I made some connections with a few people before we got here.

SPEAKER_00

You did a lot of upfront work.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. Yeah. And but I would say trying to meet up with people while you're on the ground here, while all the events are going on, it's a little bit difficult.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's well, it's challenging from the point of view of scheduling because there are a lot of activities and people's energy and just trying to coordinate, and that is a little tricky.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

But also the whole, you know, just do the thing. Like it's okay to meet them.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, you're right. Just do the thing. But sometimes it's like, hey, you at least here trying to meet them up, meet up with them when you're out at one of the bar takeovers or whatever, and the music is just like screaming loud. And that's I think you also realize who who your people are and who maybe they're who your people aren't. Like screaming loud venues where you're trying to talk to everybody and you're shouting to each other. It's that's not me.

SPEAKER_00

It's like literally impossible. It's like if you already know each other and you're just there to have a good time and love the vibe and dance around, cool. But if you're just trying to meet initially and get to know people, that's like yeah, that's not the place to do it.

SPEAKER_02

No, yeah. Yeah, so I think that was one of the other things is like trying to meet up with people versus loud menus, and that's one of the things that I I don't know, I still struggle with a little bit because we absolutely love to dance. We've said that a few times. Yep. And usually you're at these events dancing, like the music's blaring, you're having a good time. And I don't know, at least for me, like those aren't the times to try and meet people and have conversations with them because you you just can't.

SPEAKER_00

We're we're also looking for like connection, and not necessarily like everyone's looking for that either.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah, true.

SPEAKER_00

Just like, hey, we're party buddies, like yeah, I'm okay with that. Um, but if it's like we're trying to connect with someone we've been chatting with, it's like, uh no, I need a little more. Like, I need real person dialogue.

SPEAKER_02

Right, like who are you? Yeah, yeah. Okay, so let's see, what else? Um, read about sex today. We had a event with him.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, the ins and outs of hand and sex.

SPEAKER_02

Sex, hand. I wasn't sure what we were getting into. Um, but I really liked him. He uh was very good. I think like if you're interested in anything this guy does, it's readaboutsex.com, R-E-I-D. Um, but he was very um I think embodied, somatic, like bringing in breath work, bringing in like how to calm your nervous system, uh prep your nervous system during, before, play, all of that kind of stuff. And I was very glad to see that incorporated into this stuff.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that's something that we're familiar with, and it was good to see someone else with the same um uh I guess mindset approach.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, it was very good. Like, I don't I think that you know that's not talked about as much. Um, and it's very important. It's how to settle the nervous system. We talk about all kinds of like hey uh guys and performance and all of that stuff, and showing up and being able to get a hard on and all that stuff, and in reality, like it's back to the brain being the biggest sex organ and like trying to get back into your body and out of your head. And some of those breathing somatic type practices are very good for these situations, I think.

SPEAKER_00

And we just kind of be in a restful your body needs to think that you're in a restful state and not like braced for impact fight. Yeah, like you shouldn't be like I don't know, your body doesn't want to do both at the same time. Sex and fight.

SPEAKER_02

So we're just kind of rambling a little bit today about this event. Yeah.

Hotels, Crowds, And Kink Space

SPEAKER_02

Um let's talk about a little bit of the hotel stuff. So we owe when like we said, um We're the Nopsey. Yeah, we're at the Nopsey. We met the people in San Antonio who said they'd been to not in New Orleans the last year. That was their first event, and they're like, Hey, uh, we're staying at the Nopsey this time. And they said because it was a nicer hotel and it was easy to get back and forth between the Aster, the Aster being like The main venue for most of the things. The Nopsey, great hotel. It's also the home of like the dungeon and the kink and the BDSM stuff. But I think this year they also added some playrooms.

SPEAKER_00

I want to say, like, don't let that like that's not your scene. Don't let that put you off. It's just really tastefully done. Um the this the Nopsey Hotel is really like we walk to the Aster a couple times a day. We prefer to take that, or that if it's raining or we're short on time, the shuttle, um, it's the same time from walking in the shuttle versus the shuttle. Um, is really quick.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, because I wasn't sure. I'm like, the weather said it's gonna be 98 degrees in New Orleans while we're there. And I'm like, there's no freaking way. Did I get the wrong hotel? But it's been okay. Oh, it's been really nice. But beyond that, like the walk, five, six, seven minutes. Very easy, nice.

SPEAKER_00

And I want to say, like, just the um overall energy from the two hotels, and there are other hotels at this place um that um I think there's like four hotels. But I can only speak to Nopsey and Astor. Aster is the hub, and it is for me. It's chaos. It's chaos. The the amount like the elevator, oh gosh, that's whole is like a nightmare. And I didn't even have to go up and down it very often. Um just to get through the hallway from one um party to the ex next, like the dance floor to the other dance floor is like a sea of people because the snafu with the elevators. Oh, yeah. So so many people at the Aster. But that's where everything takes place. Well, most of the predominant yeah, the majority of items that aren't groupedia sum related or sense sensory play related.

unknown

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

But you know, and I I would almost say, and this is, yes, a broad generalization. If you lean more extroverted, you probably want to stay the Aster. If you lean more introverted, you probably want to stay the Nazi.

SPEAKER_00

You can breathe.

SPEAKER_02

You can breathe. It's a lot quieter. It is a much nicer, I think. Hotel rooms are nice.

SPEAKER_00

We yeah, and we got checked in right away. I've heard people Yeah, we were old.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah, there's different different problems, but into a couple and they're like, Yeah, I think we were talking to them at like five, five thirty, and they're like, Yeah, we don't have our room yet. We got here at noon and their room wasn't ready, and they were waiting around for like five hours to get into the room. Kind of reminded me of the sapphire trip we did that we talked about.

SPEAKER_00

It was a little that was nightmarish.

SPEAKER_02

But synapsy, nice, cool, quiet, only five to seven minutes, whatever, walking to the Astery.

SPEAKER_00

It's beautiful, it's very nice, open.

SPEAKER_02

And I was saying, like, we're not big into any kind of kink BDSM stuff, but having that here and then just being able to walk into the dungeon space and see it. It was really cool. It was mind-blowing. It was really cool. The spider website I'm still shocked. That was crazy. It's like the spider web frame thing with chains as the webbing. The web. And then we walked in there and they had this woman, like she was blindfolded and chained up, yeah, and just enjoying what was being done to her. It was, I mean, I it was beautiful. We're not kink BDSM. I I have a little bit of wondering myself if I could be doing that, but it was a very cool, well done space.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's well done, well done there.

SPEAKER_02

I mean, non-kink, non-bdsm couple, it was well done. And you know, I still we joke about it all the time. I still always get back to pulp fiction and the dude with those ball and his yeah, ball gag stuff, all that, and you hear the words like dungeon, and some of that makes you cringe a little bit, but that space was awesome. And I think the people that we've talked to that are into Kink B to some kind of community give you a whole different perspective on that stuff, anyways.

SPEAKER_00

Education, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

And that's really what it's about, I think, is opening your mind and just even if it's not for you, respecting that hey, this is why other people do this.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and I think no matter what like who you are, what what you're interested in, like taking a walk through just to see that. Um, there's so much misinformation out there, like like you mentioned, Pulp Fiction. Thank you, Quentin Tarantino, for fucking users.

SPEAKER_02

All the gen actors were fucked up.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_02

Um, yeah. Okay. Uh what else do you got? You got notes? I kind of went through mine there so far.

Dirty Talk Skills That Actually Work

SPEAKER_00

We also did another seminar yesterday um with Nookie. The dirty talk.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, yeah, that was a that was a good one. It took that was the one that we lost all of our energy at the end on, but just we were like, yeah, we just got zapped at the last 30 minutes. Like you said, like you were expecting something a little bit more interactive.

SPEAKER_00

And I'm always hoping for demos because I'm like, show, show me, show and just talk to me, talk at me.

SPEAKER_02

And then let me practice or something like that.

SPEAKER_00

But yeah.

SPEAKER_02

But it was still good.

SPEAKER_00

Um yeah, I think what she had to share was I was like it was right, it was good, good information. Um the material you use to do dearity talk is coming from your partner. Listen.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, I think that okay, I gotta just say that. Like, that's big is listening. And you know, Trinity, you had said like so you're you're just telling people what they want to hear, and part of that's like well, yeah. But you're also getting better sex out of it because of that. Like you're giving people what they want in a sexual environment, and because while you're helping them, they're also giving back to you.

SPEAKER_00

As long as it's like something that they have s requested or said, and you're not just basing it off of what you think you should be saying, yeah. Like off of porn or movies, or oh yeah, you're supposed to say this. It's like, mmm, does that is that even interesting? Uh what is that? Is that does that put the brakes on? Like, does that the guests is that the brakes?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I also thought the sexting, she mentioned something about sexting about the yes and going the banter back and forth. Because sexting is a little different than dirty talk. It could be dirty, right? Or sexting. Um but to keep it going, like the I'm telling a story, now you continue with the story. Oh, I liked that. And then you tell the story, and I'm continuing the story. We pass it back and for the story.

SPEAKER_02

It's almost like that for it. Right, like you're building a story between you two. Almost remember like ad lib kind of stuff. Like I'm gonna give a sentence.

SPEAKER_00

You're continuing, it's a continuation instead of okay, I just said this, and now you just went and you're talking about something yeah, but it's kind of like completely different.

SPEAKER_02

It was I think the contrast was like like moving forward in the story, right? Like, I say this thing, continue that story, we do this thing, and then the flip side of that was like somebody that remains focused on one thing. Like, no matter what you say, like I'm gonna tell a half a story, and then you're gonna say, Yeah, but look at my dick, and then I'm gonna tell a part of a story, and you're gonna say, Yeah, but look at my dick. It's like, no, no, like if you want this to be good, like feed into each other, don't be selfish.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, like did you hear? And I'm immediately thinking, Did you get any of my messages? Did you get any of my pre hello? Test, test, test, did you get any of my previous messages?

SPEAKER_02

Which is a thing, right?

SPEAKER_00

Like is a real thing.

SPEAKER_02

Like a side technical note, like nerd note messaging between apples and androids in group communications seems very hit or miss. Like Trinity and I have some friends, and we message them in a group chat, just messenger, and they have Android, and then she'll see, like I comment on it on something, and she'll be like, I did not even get the first message.

SPEAKER_00

I'm like, what are you liking? It says liked.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. So I'm not even sure like what we miss and all these third of the messages just disappear. Maybe a quarter. Yeah. But it's like huh. Hence we use Telegram.

SPEAKER_00

But also, I think some of that and just direct communication, like one-on-one communication is are you picking up information? Are you listening? Do you have the material? Are you are you paying attention to your partner?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Um, that was I I really appreciated um her. I think she did a great job. She had a lot of knowledge. Um I think so.

SPEAKER_02

Today again, Friday, we were gonna hit up one thing this afternoon.

Simon Says Surprise And Saying No

SPEAKER_02

Oh, which that turned into something totally different. It was it was like this Naughty Simon says thing. We heard some great things about it.

SPEAKER_00

We tried to go yesterday, but that's when we ran out of gas and we had to go home. So I was like, we had to crawl back home.

SPEAKER_02

And as we were on the shuttle today, heading over to the Aster, I had mentioned, or we had mentioned, like, hey, we're gonna go to re to um Naughty Simon says, and people were like, Oh, that was so great yesterday. And this other couple was like, Yeah, it was like basically like giant orgy. And I'm like, Wait, Simon says wait a minute, this does not equal orgy is some of the descriptions for the events like they're pretty tell you what they are.

SPEAKER_00

They're like just dress, dress to undress.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, and what is like as soon as they said it's like a giant orgy, I'm like, uh I don't think I'm going to this.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, he's like, yeah, and Neil's like, uh, I don't think we should go. I'm like, hey, let's just check it out. We are not gonna do anything we're uncomfortable doing. We could just say, right, nope, sorry. Right. But as soon as we got off the elevator and we saw the poster for this, get out your street clothes. It was like yeah, take off all your clothes, basically. It's like you were not prepared for that mentally, but uh physically where's the trans where's the warm-up? Where's the transition?

SPEAKER_02

Right. Like I was looking forward to some kind of fun, sexy game where you go. Right, yeah. Ah, we should have done the bingo, which would have been fun, but you know, it wasn't. And I think that's back to also knowing yourself because there's nothing wrong with that. No, it's just not good. Like one day I want to do an orgy, but in that for me, I want to do an orgy, it's gonna be a group of people that I already know what it is. Yes, hand selected, yes, or yeah, yeah, not a bunch of random people where I'd just naked standing there. I'm not there yet. I don't know if I'll ever be there, but at least absolutely today, no. And then so we're like, okay, we'll go down, check out maybe um one of the bar takeovers. I will say that like the app that they have for this is cool, but it's also kind of buggy. So you open it and it you think you're looking at today's events and you're looking at the next day's events. The date kind of switches a little bit, like it's today. It says Friday, so you'll open it up and you'll scroll through some stuff and it says Friday, and then you'll see Saturday real quick, and then it'll say Friday again. So we thought we were gonna go to one um bar and the event was really happening at another. But as we were walking by the other bar, like there was this massive line in both directions to get in, and that's like, no, I'm not doing that. Like, I'm not first, I hate fucking lines. Second, like I can't imagine being packed into a small bar with that many people.

SPEAKER_00

I'm I'm not gonna feel 500 people in a this tiny bar or whatever. I'm just guessing.

SPEAKER_02

There's a lot of people. But I love that people do all these things, that's awesome. If that's your jam, cool. But it's back to that's great, knowing yourself in these environments.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, we went back to uh the hideout, grabbed a to-go drink, and came back.

unknown

Thank you.

SPEAKER_00

And here we go. We're great. This we're happy as clams here.

SPEAKER_02

So maybe meet up with a with some people later. We'll see how that goes. Um, but tonight,

Theme Nights And Closing Lessons

SPEAKER_02

let's see. Okay, let's talk about real quick the theme night so far. Yeah, themes. So far, first night was uh Bordello. Body bordello. Holy shit, people. I'm gonna tell you, I got this bodysuit from Honey Burdett. And I know if you haven't heard of Honey Border.

SPEAKER_00

He got it for me. He just didn't get it for himself.

SPEAKER_02

For her, I got all of the things I get are for training. But I got her this bodysuit from Honey Burdett.

SPEAKER_00

Beautiful.

SPEAKER_02

It is fucking nuts.

SPEAKER_00

Like I gotta just say, I am not promoting them, but their stuff fits me like a glove.

SPEAKER_02

You know, it is expensive, it is the most expensive laundry I've ever bought. I bought her two things from these. Yeah. But nothing else has fit as good as both of these things. But this bodysuit has like some flower stuff built into it. Um, but the color of the sheer fabric is the same color as Trinity's skin.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's nude. So it looks like ice skater.

SPEAKER_02

People could not figure out if it was her skin or if it was body paint paint or what it was. And everybody was looking at her, and it was just awesome. It was beautiful.

SPEAKER_00

Well, it fit really nice. It was really nice.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. So we did Bordeaux night. I wore my kind of usual Marine vest bow tie, black pants. Um, and then last night was Through the Looking Glass, which is Alice in Wonderland type.

SPEAKER_00

Can't use that word. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

So Alice in the Weird Place. And I'll tell you, like, I didn't watch that movie until I was an adult. And I'm like, that's a fucking cartoon. That's a kid's movie. You didn't watch it till you're an adult. No, when you won, I watched it like not long ago. I'm like, I was the first time I'd seen it. And I'm like, oh my god.

SPEAKER_00

I didn't like it as a kid. I'm like, this chick.

SPEAKER_02

So, anyways, this is weird message. Rabbit hole, I am ADHD. Can you tell? So, anyways, that was last night's event. So, both of us kind of matched costumes. Cheshire Chishara cat. Trinity had gotten this really cool pink and purple cat kind of costume. She had some ears, um, yeah, and a tail and some other stuff. You had a bow tie. So I kind of bought some stuff that matched that. We had a good time. Um, and then tonight is glow night. Everybody's got glow night. I love it. Trinity's like, nah, whatever.

SPEAKER_01

It's okay.

SPEAKER_02

I think I'm a default of the 80s, 90s, where you know you wore the little uh sunglasses that had the neon colors on the sides, and like I love all things glow. Yeah, I love like black lights. You'd go to Spencer's gifts and you see. Well, everyone looks good in the black white. Everybody loves that. So I still think that is hot.

SPEAKER_00

Um, and then the last night's masquerade Marty Gras.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I'm excited for that.

SPEAKER_02

It should be really like elegant looking and yeah, you have that other honey birdette outfit that you're gonna wear that night. Yeah, I really looking forward to that one.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, um, I gotta say, like last night, the Alice with the Looking Glass, I it was uh every night actually incredible to see what people come up with. I love their creativity.

SPEAKER_02

I think that's what I like most about the theme night stuff is like, yeah, they can be a pain in the butt for you and trying to figure out what it is you're gonna wear. But seeing people's creativity is pretty awesome. I love that. Yeah. So we got let's see, another day and a half here. Um, maybe we'll fill everybody in on the remainder of our trip. Um, but right now I think we're gonna wrap this episode up day one and two from Naughty in Orleans. Having a great time. Really liking it. I would do this event again.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

But I think it's also like again, I want to highlight this, and I want to stress this no matter who you are in this, know yourself. Absolutely stretch yourself a little bit, but also like don't be somebody, don't try to be somebody you're not, because I think ultimately you're just setting yourself up for disappointment. And also you may be like making connections with people that really aren't your people. Um, and at this event, like everybody's got their people here.

SPEAKER_00

A little bit of everything.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, just be patient. Um, make connections as they come up. I think so far it's been, you know, the organic stuff is a lot easier. And Trinity is very good at that that part of it. Like the in-person, hey, how you doing? Like, let's strike up conversation.

SPEAKER_00

Yep. Yeah. We've connected with people we've met already, like at past events and then some new new folks.

SPEAKER_02

Which is very interesting. I love that part of all of this is the seeing people that you've seen at other events. And that's a great conversation starter, too.

SPEAKER_00

Hey, I remember you from blah blah blah.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, that's good. All right. Um, I think that wraps it up. So we'll be back in just a minute and close the show out. Thanks for listening so far. We'll be right back.

SPEAKER_00

And that's uh wrap for episode 10. Uh, first few days in Naughty in New Orleans. Uh, and this is Trinity.

SPEAKER_02

And this is Neo signing out. Thanks for joining us.

SPEAKER_00

Bye.

SPEAKER_02

People stay sexy.
